Upon gathering all the pertinent details for you and your furry soulmate, including vaccine and fecal test information, we'll arrange a behavioral analysis (referred to as 'BA'). This involves entrusting your dog to our team of canine experts for approximately 4 hours. The process allows your dog to observe various play areas and gravitate towards their preferred social environment. Ensuring a safe and friendly atmosphere is paramount, with your dog wearing a drag leash within their play group for added safety. We'll provide a text update after 2 hours and a concluding phone call at the 4-hour mark to keep you informed about your dog's experience. Additionally, your dog will undergo a kennel comfort test during the analysis, in-case of you choose to boarding with us in the future.
