This event offers a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness alongside your dog in a welcoming, serene environment. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to wellness practices, this session is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all participants.

• Sound bath session with Connected With Sage (30 min)

• Guided breath work with Jasmine Dragon Healing (20 min) 

• $40/person, $65/couple, $30 for PP members

• Dogs must be comfortable in social settings with other dogs and people while on leash

• We will provide a yoga mat, but feel free to bring anything else for your & your dog’s comfort

• Water will be provided for both you and your pup
